It winds elegantly around the forged square section and back to the front, forming an ergonomic and unique handle. Care instructions:

• Cleaning: Clean by hand only with lukewarm water and mild dish soap.

• Drying: Dry thoroughly immediately after rinsing.

• Dishwasher: Never put in the dishwasher.

• Blade care: 100Cr6 is a carbon steel and not stainless. Over time, it develops a characteristic patina. To protect it, regularly rub it with a little acid-free blade oil (e.g., camellia oil).
