The wood has been sanded to a super-smooth finish, allowing the robust texture of the oak to remain perceptible while ensuring the knife sits securely and comfortably in the hand.

Care instructions:

• Cleaning : Clean by hand with lukewarm water and mild dish soap.

• Drying : Dry immediately after rinsing.

• Dishwasher : Due to the real natural wood and the fine cutting edge, never put it in the dishwasher.

• Care : The Swedish steel is extremely easy to care for. The oak wood benefits from an occasional drop of linseed oil or wood wax to protect its structure and enhance the grain.
